ROOTED is a 12-month private coaching immersion for the woman who already knows she is powerful and is ready to fully live like it.
This is a high-touch, intimate container designed for women who desire depth, precision, honesty, refinement, and real transformation.
Over the course of our year together, we work privately to identify where your energy is still being leaked through self-abandonment, tolerated misalignment, unclear boundaries, or standards that no longer match the woman you are becoming. Together, we strengthen your self-trust, clean up what is no longer aligned, and support you in building a more rooted way of being one that feels clear, self-honoring, grounded, and true.
This journey includes a private in-person retreat where the work is deepened, embodied, and anchored at the next level.

Repairing the original pattern of self-abandonment. Here, we gently meet the younger parts of you that learned to be easy to love, adapt to keep the peace, and abandon your needs for connection. You learn how to re-parent these parts with attunement, protection, compassion and truth.

With a new foundation of self-trust and inner safety, we move into identity work. You’ll rebuild your sense of self rooted in self-love and inner power. Explore your relationship to your needs, boundaries and lay down the foundation to stay with yourself in any relationship.

Meet Anjali
Anjali Romaniuk is a women’s transformation and Somatic Practitioner dedicated to guiding powerful, heart-centered women into a radical return to themselves.
She supports women who are brilliant, successful, emotionally intelligent, and deeply loving, yet have learned to over-function, people-please, and abandon their needs in the pursuit of connection.
Through somatics, nervous system recalibration, and deep subconscious re-patterning, Anjali helps women dismantle the hidden relational conditioning that keeps them shrinking in relationships.
