3. Coaching Disclaimer

Payment plans are legally binding agreements.

If you choose a payment plan:

Payments will be charged automatically.

Payments must continue until the balance is paid in full.

Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation.

Missed payments may result in removal from programs until your account is brought current.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are final.

7. Retreat Policies

Participation in Radical Woman retreats is voluntary.

By attending a retreat you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for obtaining travel insurance if desired.

Radical Woman is not responsible for airline cancellations, weather delays, lost baggage, illness, injury, or events outside our control.

Participants assume all risks associated with travel and retreat activities.
